Ticket to Ride. Every single time. I have never seen it fail.
Cascadia. Gorgeous, 5-minute rules teach, zero direct conflict. Plus the animals are cute.
Sushi Go Party. Cheap, fast, adorable art, and card drafting scales beautifully.
KING OF TOKYO. Non-gamers love rolling dice and smashing monsters. Stop overthinking it.
Azul has converted more people in my circle than any other game. The tile placement is inherently satisfying.
