Best light game for a mixed-skill table (without feeling like babysitting)

I run a monthly board night at work (I know, I’m that person) and the spread is wild — one guy speedruns heavy euros, someone else thinks Monopoly is ‘strategy’, and a few folks just want to talk and touch pieces.

I need games that don’t make the hobbyists bored and don’t make the casuals feel stupid. Bonus if setup is under five minutes because we only have the conference room for ninety minutes before Security gives us the look.

I’ve already burned through Codenames and Ticket to Ride. Looking for fresh blood.

What are your go-to ‘everyone leaves happy’ picks at 5-6 players?

Budget under $60 ideally. Table size normal corporate sadness rectangle.

For 4-6 people I reach for Azul or Splendor. familiar, quick, no quarterbacking
