Kickstarter Regrets Thread — Share Your Worst Backs

Therapy session time. What’s the Kickstarter you regret the most?

Mine: I backed a $200 miniature-heavy dungeon crawler in 2024. It arrived with 150 minis, a 40-page rulebook, and zero soul. Played it once. Now it takes up an entire shelf. I could have bought Brass: Birmingham AND Ark Nova for that money.

$180 on a "revolutionary" deck builder that turned out to be Dominion but worse with fancy art. At least Dominion is actually good.

I backed a zombie game (I know, I know) for $120. The minis were cool for about 5 minutes. The gameplay was a 4/10.

Not a regret exactly but I backed **Frosthaven** for $100 in 2020 and didn't receive it until 2023. Three years of my life wondering if my money vanished. (It was worth the wait though.)
