Quacks: Fortune Teller — yank it or keep it

Our group is split between ‘Fortune Teller is hilarious’ and ‘Fortune Teller is a war crime.’ Last week it nuked someone’s pot at the worst moment and they started googling prices for a second copy out of spite.

Rules-wise I think we’re playing it right — the arguments are about whether it’s healthy for the meta, not timing.

Do you run it raw, ban it, or nerf it somehow? I’m not asking for permission to be salty, I’m asking what keeps Quacks fun across repeated plays.

Also if there’s an official clarification thread somewhere for edge cases with other white chips, link a brother up. I’ve seen three different interpretations at meetups.
