Storage: Plano vs baggies — honest take for 2026

I finally admitted my ‘temporary’ baggie phase has lasted longer than some marriages. Everything works, but opening a box feels like unzipping a junk drawer.

Plano trays look satisfying in photos, but I’m worried I’ll buy the wrong sizes and end up with a Russian nesting doll of plastic empties.

For folks with big collections: what’s your rule of thumb for when a game earns a dedicated organizer vs ‘baggie and pray’?

Also shout out cheap alternatives — craft store boxes, takeout containers, whatever. I’m not trying to fund a second hobby called ‘buying trays.’
