Played Brass: Birmingham last night and we had a rules dispute.
Player A built a canal connecting two cities. Player B wants to build on that same route in the Rail era. Is this allowed? We read the rulebook three times and couldn't agree.
This happens at least once per game with us. Are we the only ones?
